Food was good although no desserts even though they were on the menu, informed they dont do them, that's where the praise ends, female hair under neath bed sheet and quite a bit of it, stained toilets (yellow around tiles) outdated, room was an absolute sauna asked for cooling methods and was told that's how it is. Kettle I wouldn't have used to scare away an intruder (looked like someone had been cooking in it) would not revisit less than 2 hours sleep all night due to stuffiness and heat in room

Does the job for a stopover for a Manchester flight. Much better than the Britannia options. Secure car park can be included in a deal price. Only downfall is having a flight of stairs from the street/carpark to the hotel with no lift option.

My company has used the conference room facilities at this venue to hold meetings and interviews for potential new franchisees. The meeting room was always clean and we always had complimentary glass bottles of water and stationary to use. The staff at reception were polite and helpful and we were always offered a day pass for their private car park. We were also able to photocopy documents if needed on site.

Clean, staff very helpful, worth the money, transport to city centre on the door step, secure parking. Which for me was great, but the only reason it wasn't 5⭐. Think it should be free for guests. But all in all really enjoyed 2 day stay.👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

The hotel was nice any many ways. Kind staff, nice atmosphere and good location (easy to travel into town). But, the beds were terrible. Not sure if all beds are the same but our single beds were not comfortable at all. Woke up with pain issues. Not recommended for people with back problems or elderly people. Besides that I enjoyed my stay.
