Considering we are in the midst of a global pandemic, you'd think they would have more efficient health and safety procedures in place in Halifax Didsbury branch. Their queuing system is ridiculous, it's not exactly rocket science to have a one way system in place in a small branch.

A local bank for local people. I went in to change my formal address and one of the customers was being awkward close to closing time not having brought the correct documents (ID). I had (driving licence) and the helpful manager took down my details and entered them *incorrectly* the next day; well, he tried and corrected it at my true local branch in a of weeks later this being a non-urgent administrative point in the days of online statements.
