Large branch, conveniently located. Always plenty of cashiers and there’s the option of making deposits and transactions using the machines near the front of the branch. Great customer service here - staff are always friendly and helpful.

There is NEVER enough cashiers, you will end up waiting ages, as some idiot will tie up the only ass

There is NEVER enough cashiers, you will end up waiting ages, as some idiot will tie up the only assistant with 100 transfers overseas. meanwhile the helpful, ie lazy assistants near the door, are sitting on their bum chatting about their recent holiday. It is a saga. Useless ..I am going to another bank

I have to say that today was probably the best banking service that I have ever experienced and all that was due to Karen in the Stretford branch. She arranged my father's finances out swiftly and professionally with the greatest of empathy. Thank you Karen, you've made a challenging time feel a lot better!
