Terrible customer service. My partner went there today to get statements from previous year as there

Terrible customer service. My partner went there today to get statements from previous year as there is no option to get them on website. We got advised to get them from the nearest branch. Although he went there the lady informed him that she is not able to do it and advised him to do it online? I think that’s really unprofessional and she just didn’t want to do it. Even if he would do it at home still when you enter the bank and request a statement you should be able get it! He went to another branch placed in Wembley and in less than 5 minutes he had the statements.
