Some staff are really stupid at this place i went to sort out my online banking the lady at the help desk couldn’t do the simplest thing i said that i wanted to unlock my account she had no clue she had no idea what she was doing i dont know her name but she was a short indian old lady when i said that i dont have my bank card on me she requested id i had showed her my driving license she said this is not good enough and that she couldn’t take this as id iv never had someone say they couldn’t take driving licences as id wow she wanted me to bring in my passport like you really want me to go back home and come back with my passport just to prove im the right person i knew everything that was linked with my account and she still insisted that i get bring my passport

Helpful staff,not 2 busy.no parking.

Very slow. Waited 15 mins to be seen at counter.

Spent long time to deposit cash in machine. Tried 5 times. Machine had problem to receive money. Was fed up. Went to Hayes branch didn't have ANY PROBLEM. Come on change the machine.

I just found out that I was mis-sold an account at this branch. What is most upsetting is that I never asked for this type of account and the sales advisor was so 'nice' and spent a long time with me. I'm now going to change banks altogether and have lodged a complaint. Awful and unethical.

The staff is very helpful and friendly... very quick service. Ladies are really doing a great job. I would recommend this bank.

Panna and Kiran provide amazing customer service know what there talking about and always happy and friendly always happy when I leave the branch when they are there.

Avoid if you can , used to go whitton ,but there closing that down now ,, 😔.
