The mortgage advisor behaved in a very rude manner with me and my partner and she also raised her voice which is very very rude behaviour towards the customer.i asked her few question about remortgaging in a gentle tone but was replied to in a very rude manner. Just took my paper work and left that place. The conversation was recorded for quality and training purpose. So now the bank authorities can also hear the conversation. She needs to goto other banks and learn from other mortgage advisors how to behave with customers.my partner and myself found her body language and her tone very offensive. Absolutely not interested in giving good customer service. looks like halifax doesn't need any customers for mortgage. Moving my mortgage out of halifax. Had enough. Never ever will I ever bank with halifax.my advice to everyone is goto some other bank where they treat customers with respect and provide good customer service. Miserable halifax Wembley branch.want to give them zero stars.

Staff was really rude to us and got hurt the way she was talking so closed the Halifax accounts the same time. Even after , she was screaming saying that I’m a liar, Branch manager could not handle the staff as well but she was atleast trying to calm her down. Will never recommend this bank to any one. The service is very slow. Only one self-service machine works at this moment and customer assistants are very slow. Long queues to even deposit money.

Poor. Waited 40 mins on the line to be told I could not make the transaction to a new payee. Yes I do have online access however I have reset my password it will not allow me to log in future. I will be closing this account down immediately. What do people do in emergency circumstances with dependents.

Wanted to write about my experience with Ms Anita S. from Halifax Wembley Branch. The most unprofessional and rude staff member I have came across. However, I'm puzzled to notice that all the reviews are very low. It seems that nothing has chanced in the last 3-5 years. Majority of the reviews are mentioning the staff are rude and yet no one took any action. Not very smart for any business, especially considering today's situation. Well done Halifax Wembley, well done Halifax managers!
