The mortgage advisor behaved in a very rude manner with me and my partner and she also raised her voice which is very very rude behaviour towards the customer.i asked her few question about remortgaging in a gentle tone but was replied to in a very rude manner. Just took my paper work and left that place. The conversation was recorded for quality and training purpose. So now the bank authorities can also hear the conversation. She needs to goto other banks and learn from other mortgage advisors how to behave with customers.my partner and myself found her body language and her tone very offensive. Absolutely not interested in giving good customer service. looks like halifax doesn't need any customers for mortgage. Moving my mortgage out of halifax. Had enough. Never ever will I ever bank with halifax.my advice to everyone is goto some other bank where they treat customers with respect and provide good customer service. Miserable halifax Wembley branch.want to give them zero stars.
