The place is nice and well maintained, the stuff is very polite and they are doing their best to satisfy the needs of the customers in time. However most of the times horrendous waiting times, because they are so understaffed, it is a busy bank they decently need more people to work there otherwise they can't serve the customers in time.

5/ 5

I requested an appointment with a mortgage advisor in hounslow which was scheduled for the following week. Sabby, the mortgage advisor telephoned that afternoon to touch base and understand my requirements prior to the scheduled appointment which was great. I popped into branch the following week and again Sabby was great! He was as warming as on the telephone. He was extremely patient, understanding, accomodating and made me feel at ease especially as a first time buyer. A gentleman that definitely went the extra mile. I would recommend Sabby to my friends, family and anyone requiring mortgage advice. A credit to your branch and organisation. Thank you.
