Went down to Halifax Bradford bank a couple of weeks ago. Met the bank manager Shannon who was extremely helpful throughout. She helped me every step of the way… can’t thank her enough. Very polite, sweet and amazing manager for Halifax. Wish all managers were like Shannon, the world would be a much better place. Halifax should be honoured to have such an amazing person running their branch. Malaika

Had a really good customer service experience from the branch manager at Bradford called Zoe. I was having multiple issues which Zoe sorted quickly efficiently and gave some good advice. Really helpful and cheerful and leading her team by example from the front. Credit to the Branch. 5 stars!

Dont like this place. One branch for whole of Bradford. Customer on door rude & not helpful. Asked for facemask & was refused adding 'you can afford it' Mask was for my 91 year old father for an appointment at Doctors. Feel like changing banks after probably 40 years with them.
