Halifax leeds

Had my purse stolen last night 7/12/21 and my contactless card was used a few times, managed to cancel the card, been into the Cleckheaton branch this morning 8/10/21, they put me through to the fraud team who have cancelled the pending fraudulent transactions and I will be refunded back the money. Thank u

Usually find this branch very helpful and friendly however today ar 14 00hrs ..bearing in mind it says closes at 15:00hrs, two people before me waiting to enter then a lady comes to let someone out and promptly lock-up saying they were closing at 14:00hrs even though its 3pm on the door.No explanation given or even an apology. Not good enough Halifax.

Staff lovely and do all they can given the Covid-19 rules to deal with. I like how the gentleman on the shop floor comes up to you and asks what services you require. They are excellent with older folks.

Great people at this bank alway greet me by name always helpful, can't fault them
