I had just had an awful experience in the ashford branch when the bank had closed my account. I had just moved back to England from Canada so I didn’t know they had closed it. They told me there was nothing they could do and sent me away. Then I came to this branch and Kirsten sat down with me and she spent so long working out the situation! She sorted it out for me! Honestly even if there was nothing she could do I still would have been satisfied knowing she did everything in her power to help me! If you have any issues walk in and ask for Kirsten...she’s amazing!!
