Rubbish branch. Glad I don't have to deal with them anymore. I closed my account and moved to another bank. Staff are rude and not very helpful, rather keep my money elsewhere.

Bhairava is right, they certainly don’t do food and the decor is definitely modern bank themed. The guys working went above and beyond to help me with my issue.

The lady near the help counter was absolutely rude. I went in there to clarify to fill a form I had received from the bank. I used the chat services and they directed me to the bank. This lady "Angela" very rudely says she cannot help and I need to get help from elsewhere. Was absolutely hurt by her comments. However, another lady ( sorry I didn't remember to ask for it) was extremely warm and directed me to the manager. Thanks very much!.

This branch has now closed down owing supposedly to Covid. Whether it will ever reopen is another matter. Advice on the door says to go to Broadmead, which is a good 45 mins from my house. Try another bank would be my advice although I suspect they are all as bad as each other these days.

Had to take my mother to Halifax as were having problems with scammers. We meet Sarah Cook there, she was so helpful & went above & beyond to sort everything out. She was so kind & considerate to my mother who has dementia. We can't thank her enough for what she did, it's just a shame she's leaving that branch. A big thankyou to you Sarah 😃
