Very helpful and friendly staff that are happy to assist with anything. Huge range of products available and good prices, staff always offer substitute items at better value when asked. Would reccomend

I have got my car's brake discs and pads replaced by this dealer last month. Firstly, there were some fault with new disc fitted and got terrible vibrations when I foot brake, so I had to spend a half day to get this fixed (this was fine as it seemed the fault came from brake disc's quality, but not their operation.) Secondly, even though I warned them that don't go a test drive without me as my car has black box installed for insurance, but they drove it and dropped my driving score drastically down. Price is actually cheaper than the other service, but poor customer service.

Exceptional Customer Service This Halfords store is exceptional - not only do they do great bikes, but the service - the attention to the customer - is unparalleled. The greeting when entering the store was warm & friendly. In the Bike Hut - the staff are attentive & knowledgeable. Retail is still alive if the customer experience is this good.

Your store staff provided brilliant customer service when I popped in, needing to have a replacement headlight bulb fitted for my car. They had the item in stock and it was fitted by one of your representatives within 5 minutes of me making my purchase. He was knowledgeable, friendly and a real credit to Halfords! Thanks so much for providing me with a memorable visit and world class customer service!

Went in to get various bits. Bike lock shelves half empty, no affordable locks left. Needed an inner tube for my bike, couldn't see what I needed on the shelf, asked the staff member, stated the size I needed, he pointed at one that was the nearest to it and claimed it would work, as they didn't have exactly what I needed. Turns out it doesn't work at all because it's completely the wrong size. Can't return it because Halford refuses to give customers a receipt unless you give them your email address so they can spam you forever. I'm not normally a fan of Amazon but whether I support a tycoon in California or someone who presumably has his money in the Cayman islands just like every big CEO in the UK, makes no difference because neither pays tax here. Why do I bother to make an effort to shop locally when the service is so inadequate and I can get stuff delivered the next day without even leaving my house. Sadly I moved too far away from a lovely small private bike shop I used to support a lot.
