Really terrible customer service. I went in for car battery and was unsure where they were and which battery to get. Unhelpful member of staff who had a really poor tone and not very helpful at all. I ended up going online and checking which battery will fit. I think I will stick with my local non franchised store as much better, helpful service with a smile. For future reference, batteries for key fobs are normally 2032's.

Went to fix my bicycle today,just needed to fit a new chain and pump the tire and suspensions,came out with a loosing chain, no air in suspensions, gears not registered and 40 pounds to pay... In the old place was a great costumer service, now I'll not step anymore inside.

Its great for motorists. But did you know they sell Bicycles and accessories and parts. It has a bike doctor instore upstairs where you can book repairs and get replacements and your bicycle serviced. And get some great advise too.

Good selection of stock, but slow customer service. Seems to be a high staff turnover. The store manager is unhelpful and rude.

Came to fix my bike and when I asked a simple question which was a yes/no answer she (Ana) said to me that she is dealing with a customer and I have to wait so I did and then she took my bike to fix it and just left it on side and didn’t touch it and they served several customers so when I asked how long it will take for my bike she was like sorry they pulled us over even tho she was serving other customers at the time no respect at all! So disappointed and so bad in customer service! Everything else was perfect except her (Ana) customer service.

I needed a couple of headlamp bulbs and had no idea how to fit them. Halfords supplied and fitted them and also gave my car a free 10 point winter check. Topped my air, water, coolant and screen wash up and did a battery, alternator and type depth check. Completely took the hassle out of this for me and the cost was very reasonable. Really helpful staff that smiled and chatted whilst dealing with me. Was a pleasant productive visit. I’d highly recommend them. There’s a reason their name is well known and trusted ☺️

I went to Halfords for the first time as I’m a newly qualified driver and recently bought a used car. I made the trip to get a new headlight bulb fitted. It turned out the issue wasn’t the bulb itself, but the staff was able identify and fix the issue in minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Sam. I would give 10 stars if it were possible!

My experience at Halfords was extraordinary. The staff members were very polite and paid keen attention to my needs and assisted me in getting back on the road promptly. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.

Really friendly staff, they’re happy chatting amongst themselves when not serving so there’s a pretty cheerful atmosphere in the place. The staff I’ve spoke with were all really helpful, would definitely come back to this Halfords!

Only ever visited upstairs to get my bike looked at but staff are helpful and friendly. Ricky the bike mechanic has helped me out with my queries on multiple occasions and has made sure my bike is running smoothly again. I also went to get my bulb changed and the mechanic (very short blonde hair) was friendly and helpful. Service was quick and cheap. Thank you
