I had a full car check conducted by Ross on the 16th Nov on my Renault and would highly recommend. He was professional and kindly answered all my questions - great customer service from Ross and the team at check out counter.

Please don't trust them!! They don't do things properly but the worst part is how I feel they cheated me. I had a bike I took in for repairs, they made it seem like it would cost and arm and a leg to repair but they so willingly took the bike off my hands for next to nothing. It's my fault for not knowing alot about bikes at the time but now I do, I realise how selfish the mechanic was. He wanted the bike for him self. No wonder his eyes were glowing when I sold it to him for peanuts. This was 2 years ago to my uni days. I was thinking off bikes that got stolen as my Scott Scale almost did last weekened. The is bike came to mind, i had no idea where it went until I remembered this place. Daylight robbery.

The bike section has been expanded and they sell a decent range of different types of bikes. The staff were helpful and know their stuff.

Really friendly helpful staff, unfortunately we had a problem with the bike we purchased but they pulled out all the stops to get everything sorted for us. Have bought from them before without any problems and will do so again. Highly recommended.

Top shop for everything to do with cars, car accessories, bikes, camping and general leisure equipment. You can view products online and either have them delivered or collect them from one of your local stores. The store can be a bit pricey sometimes and you can find the same branded products online elsewhere however, all stores have easy access with good parking and availability of products so you have access to things quickly which is very handy sometimes, even if they are a bit more expensive. Customer service varies between 4 and 5 stars.

The person who served went above and beyond, sorted my bike problem and cleaned my bike which he offered to do without me asking. He also sorted out a refund very quickly for a jacket i bought and also recommended me some cleaning products which i wanted and then purchased. All in all an easy and swift experience.

Super helpful staff. Knowledgeable of products and explained everything about the product. Was quick and simple. Definitely will be coming back if I need any more help with my car or bike 😊

The staff at Halfords Brighton store were very helpful and supportive in helping me to choose the right child car seat. Also more than happy to fit my car window wipers. Nice to be welcomed by friendly staff.
