I booked an MOT on line which was very straightforward. The staff were nice. The MOT was carried out within the time they quoted., and it was a good price. Will use again for sure.

Would NOT recommend. The mechanics here are clearly unreliable and lack skill after misdiagnosing my car TWICE. I presented this garage with issues I was having with my car. After inspection they claimed they found the issue and reassured me that what they found was the cause. My car then spent several days here costing me approx £350 pounds. I then drove away to find not one of the issues I presented to them resolved. Upon return, they identified another issue but claimed this could not be fixed by them. They didn't apologise, offer any help or explanation to why the initial work was completed. I presented another garage with the problem Halfords identified to find, that diagnosis was also completely incorrect. This garage was able to successfully identify three major problems which shouldn't have been missed by Halfords and luckily resolved them. Over all, the work completed by Halfords had no relevance to the problems I presented to them to fix. I drove away having multiple major issues with my car with not even an apology after unnecessarily paying over £300 pounds worth of work. I also find it suspicious that the phone calls are not recorded and I was refused any communication via email. Please go elsewhere.

Took car in yesterday for a full service. The job was done in good time . Good communications . Back at reception one of the mechanics was very helpful with advice . Was impressed and will return .!

The Halfords in Bedminster offer a professional and quality service that's led by a very knowledgeable and personable manager. The services that we received were good value, as quoted, on time, and everything was completed in a clean and tidy manner. Although we live the other side of the city we will certainly continue to use this branch of Halfords as it has high standards and is very professional but still good value.

Having only taking my van in for tyres, the starter motor gave out in the car park (she picks her moments!). The guys at the autocentre were fantastic, volunteered to have a look, were really thorough at finding the problem and went out of their way to get it sorted as quickly as they could. I was really grateful they were so friendly and kept me well informed about what they were doing. A brilliant team Bedminster Bristol, Thankyou!

Pure scammers, failed my mot for a co2 leak but had no test document to back this! Just trying to get an upsell out of customers

Dropped my car for DPF flush in the morning. Did not receive any calls until I reng them up at 5pm, just before they shut the garage. That's when they said we tried contacting you but no answer, that's was the first lie. And when I picked up the car, they said they couldn't fix it. I was like what?..only coz they didn't even carry out any work on the car at all.I paid already anyways, OK took the car booked an independent mechanic. When he came to fix it, he said no one has opened the dpf temperature sensor cap to put any lequid to flush.. What can I say. People warned me previously about HALFRAUDS. but having the experience just overwhelming. Really awful service.
