Halfords – Alperton Store london

Ordered a Large Frame Bike.... Chain wasn't greased. Handle bar wasn't tightened. I spent a few hours fitting on my accessories; I say that because after a couple weeks I realize it's a medium size... and I'm a big fella. Nice job guys

Called up before driving 45mins there about the headlight fitting service. Arrived and was rudely told they wouldn’t do it. I don’t usually leave reviews but after seeing some of the other bad reviews here I would say avoid this place completely!!

Nice neat store. Very helpful staff and the fitting of my Dash cam very professional standards. All the staff I met were helpful in the queries I had to my satisfaction. Highly recommend the branch . Keep up the good customer service.

Had a query about fitting roof box to my car. Guy really couldn't be bothered. Left there thinking he wasn't interested in helping me. Went to the halfords n Isleworth /Twickenham. Guy there named Martin so helpful. Explained everything in detail. I have no problem recommending him. He certainly knows his business. So thanks Martin.

I bought a few larger Workshop tools online, as the sale discounted these to an acceptable price for me. The assistant offered to help me take them to the car and I was in and out the store within a few minutes. I have previously bought from the professional range of tools from Halfords, which I find to be durable and get pleasure in using these, as they are very well made. This branch is of a good size and is well stocked.

Halfords Alperton is very efficient, with really lovely, friendly and supportive staff. I had to have my headlight changed and nothing was too much h trouble. Also, a great Christmas playlist on in the store! Well done guys and thank you especially Dan!

Bought Castrol oil and WD 40 at Alperton branch of Halfords and was told that will receive £5.00 voucher if I give car registration number and my email to spend.Have nothing in writing or any indication on the email receipt and manual receipt and was told be sent via my email in 10days.As have no proof of this only verbally given is this a little trick to get personal details or whatever Halfords needs some transparency if the stores are doing this then they need to have it in writing.Sales Marketing and Advertising departments at Halfords needs to look into this.This has happened 2 times at same store. Never had any email from Halfords about this.Scam merchants.Really surprised at this kind of behaviour by a corporate who seems to think that behaviour like this fine with customers. I await a response.

Came in to purchase wiper blades and have them fitted! Courtney the fitter was very friendly helpful and informative. Blades fitted in less than 5 mins. High recommend!
