No one ever answers the phone ,booking system is shambolic.I booked for halewood then when it was confirmed it had changed to Kirby.tried to book lane swimming so clicked on the time it stated only for it to say ‘full.so why show times that aren’t available?basically paying for a membership that I can’t use so I decided to cancel my direct debit myself as like I said before ,no one bothered to answer the phone to discuss the problem .got a feeling they will contact me now I’ve cancelled my payment .
