Such a lovely hotel with loads of character. We stayed for one night and loved the heritage room with amazing high ceilings and a gorgeous balcony overlooking the cathedral. We had drinks in the bar which is original and beautifully decorated. They had a comprehensive menu of local gins and whiskies. The staff throughout the hotel were so friendly and helpful all the time. We'll definitely be back.

This was our first stay at Hadley's Oriental Hotel. We were impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. We found the bed very comfortable and the cleanliness of the room was impressive. We enjoyed the afternoon tea on Sunday and were once again impressed. The staff were attentive but not intrusive. We would stay here again. Highly recommended.

We were the envy of friends and family when we stayed at the Hadley. The rooms and building are beautiful, photoworthy and comfortable. It is also so central (walking distance) to all the best stuff. A particular thanks to our favourite staff member Chelsea, who made every morning memorable with great conversation and courtesy.

In the heart of Hobart an old hotel with great facilities the breakfast buffet had a great selection showers were great all staff helped with any requests. I hadn't booked parking but they got me into the adjacent parking station. Will definitely return to visit again
