Very please with the level service I have received. I have spoke to many different estate agents over the last few days and I must say I have been very impressed with how efficient and clear faras has been with me. Very kind and intelligent chap who seems to show a genuine interest to help me.

Living overseas one worries when attempting to buy a property in the UK about the level of services one is going to receive. Foras was the agent tasked to help me and although he was new, he was easy to talk to, informative and courteous. He was always able to answer all my questions and ally my fears. Although my purchase fell through, Foras was very reassuring that he and the team at Harrt would be able to find me something.

Foras Miah was a pleasure to meet. I came in to get an idea of what I wanted and he showed me some houses on his computer, he was a very polite young man, you don’t get very many like him these days. Client service was amazing I was very happy with Foras’s service.

We contacted Haart through a property that we had seen on Rightmove and so we contacted Haart to arrange a viewing. We were met at the property by Foras and we were not really impressed with his professional and caring approach to what our needs were. Foras greeted us both with a handshake that was then touched to his heart and he explained that this was a greeting of respect. Foras was perceptive enough to see that the property was not for us and rather than allowing the contact to end at that point he offered us a viewing on another property that was much more suitable for us. We have liked the second property very much and subsequently made a bid on this property. We hope very much that a deal can be done!

I have been dealing with Alex who has been helping me find a property to buy. After having dealt with several agents, Alex has been a breath of fresh air and I really appreciate all the effort he is putting into helping me find somewhere. I will definitely be recommending haart.
