Zak and Garry have been very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process making us feel well looked after. They have always updated us timely and kept us informed at every stage of the transaction. very happy with them.

The team at Haart Bar Hill are not good at attention to detail, amongst many issues before we had even started, we had to correct paperwork to be approved 4 times (which is fine, but the office manager didn't like being pulled up on this it seems). The company they use then nailed their sign to the existing sign and when we queried for this to be sorted so the other sign could be removed, the manager cancelled our sale contract and instead of apologising for all issues (during an extremely stressful time for us) he simply told us "we haven't got off on a good foot"... and so he is cancelling our contract rather than sorting the issues (wow!). I have been left very angry and I am very unimpressed and would avoid if when selling your house you want to be looked after / issues to be actually sorted, this company does not do that. A real shame, as we initially liked what was being offered to sell our property, taking a leap of faith to go with them and instead of being apologised to we were treated very poorly and simply left in the lurch. We are taking comfort in the fact that we now won't have to worry about future issues if this is the way they treat their customers.

Good team, had good experience working with all of them. Generally good at keeping me up to date and checking the status of my mortgage The two reasons this is not 5* - one communication that was missed was to tell me my offer was accepted, and we had an issue on the day of completion. But overall happy with the services received
