Every time I have to visit this shop I despair. I have previously bought two watches from H. Samuel

Every time I have to visit this shop I despair. I have previously bought two watches from H. Samuel both have had to be returned for faults. The first a reasonably expensive watch, the bracelet disintegrated. H. Samuel did duly repair it. The second a more expensive watch that lost time randomly. It was sent back time after time for repair but they couldn't find the fault. I was treated like a liar and a nuisance. Finally after nearly a year of returning the watch, putting up with the comments, and standing my ground on being sold a watch not fit for purpose, they offered a replacement watch. Fantastic problem solved. Yesterday I had to go back as the bracelet had broken. They were yet again unhelpful and rude. The issue was again my fault and not an issue with the watch. Strange how of all the watches I and my family have owned the troublesome ones come from H. Samuel. The manager of this store is pompous and curt, very much lacking any real customer service skills.
