Given a gift (earrings), as I took them out of the box the stone fell out. Okay this stuff happens. Took them to this store to order a replacement which initially took longer than it should have done. Finally replacement ordered on 31.12.19 and advised I could collect on 08.01.20. I left it until 11.01.20 to give it a bit more time and specifically made a journey to White Rose. Got to the store and advised they still don’t have my order. For my inconvenience I asked if I could have it posted to my address. The manager Steph advised I would get a call on 13.01.20 and to mention her by name and that she had authorised the order to be posted out to me. Now it’s 19.01.20 and I still don’t have my order. I have been calling throughout the week and finally managed to get through which I understand the store must have been busy. Kumal took my call and took my order number and asked for my number and name which should have already been on my order ticket but hey ho it’s okay I’ll just tell you again for the 4th time who I am. She said she’d call me back, kudos she did. She asked for my order number again, she must have forgotten to write it down when she wrote my name and number down. She advised me that ‘they don’t have time to deal with me today’ the manager told her to say this. So I asked who the acting manager was today. To my surprise it was the helpful Steph. Apparently I will get a call back tomorrow because they didn’t have time today. Hopefully they’ll have time tomorrow before customer services gets a sniff of this. Terrible customer service and will certainly not return to this store. Who tells a customer they don’t have time for them??? Could have at least made up a better lie!
