Visited H Samuels, Cambridge today and was shocked by the customer service received. We wished to have look in the cabinets to decide what to buy (which at one point meant walking back towards their entrance). We were instantly pointed towards the exit and overhead the assistant and colleague (who gave the impression that she was a manager) complaining to each other about us. Felt so enraged that we left the store immediately and shopped at other competitor jewelery shops where we had excellent customer service and felt welcome.
