Dylan travels the world to find quality wine, carefully sourced from committed producers We ran a restaurant in the centre of Dolgellau for 25 years before renovating the old Threshers to stunning new premises with a Cellar Shop, cafe and bar. We source wines from small dedicated producers across Europe, supplemented by other quality wines from around the globe. Our aim is simply to bring you interesting wines of great quality at the right price to drink here in our lovely new premises or to take away with you.
