This Pharamacy has been a god send to me. I am often unable to leave home due to mental health problems alongside fibromyalgia. The team are so friendly when I need to call in. I have my medication delivered they never let me down. They come in the evenings if I need antibiotics etc. Mandy is welcoming and friendly, and she really cares for the people she delivers to. Thank you Gunns.

I worked here as a student pharmacist. Just your ordinary pharmacy, nothing too fancy. Provides the basic facilities you’d expect from a pharmacy.

I love these guys. They are personable and friendly. Even if they have issues on the day they are inform you and make an alternate plan. I would much rather go to these guys than some really big cold pharmacy.

Genuinely one of the busiest pharmacies in Brighton with the most equipped team! The staff at this pharmacy go over and above to meet people’s needs and ensure that both parties are happy with the outcome, no matter the situation. I’ve been visiting this pharmacy for years and simply can’t thank them enough for their patience and service.

This pharmacy has zero Care for customers. How they are still up and running I’ll never know. I’ve been with this pharmacy a couple of years now. They know my mental health history pretty well very unstable even to the point I was having to have my medication daily instead of weekly… In the past 4-5 weeks they’ve delivered me 4 months worth of medication even delivering some medication I’m not even taking anymore and haven’t done for a couple of weeks now. I phoned and let them know the lady on the phone couldn’t have been concentrating as she said “we haven’t delivered you enough medication” I said no you’re delivering too much which I had already said a couple times before. She said she would get someone to collect what wasn’t needed that day 2 days later still no one has showed… thank god I’m in a much better place now could’ve been a different story this time last year! I’ll be taking this further and I really hope someone takes action on these loose cannons!! Chucking pills about like sweets is so so dangerous. I’m surprised no one has been hospitalised due to your mistakes. I’m sure I’m not the first person this has happened too either!

My elderly grandparents went to this pharmacy to get their flu jabs and the staff were so welcoming and understanding. The pharmacist went over and beyond to accommodate for my grandmother's disabilities, making sure she was comfortable at all times. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy and their lovely staff.

Recently went in for my flu jab. Treated with courtesy by helpful staff at the counter. The pharmacist who administered my jab put me at ease immediately. She was friendly and professional, I'm glad I choose this pharmacy.

I’ve been a “regular” at Gunn’s for 7 years and their service has always been friendly and professional. I’ve witnessed how they regularly have to deal with difficult, rude customers but they remain calm and polite. Keep up the good work - you’re a great Team 😊
