I paid extra for a room with it's own bathroom, however when I arrived the room I got had a shared toilet and bathroom, When I mentioned this there was not much interest in looking for a new room this was quite disappointing. I was not impressed that the towels are not changed daily. I could feel every spring in the mattress, not that comfortable. The staff was friendly though and I enjoyed the breakfast. For a very short stay and the cost of the room it wasn't that bad, but in the future I would pay a little more for a nicer hotel.

It doesn't exist. Turned up for out booking to be told by a maintenance man that it's been a homeless shelter all year and now it's completely closed. Not only that but they have had the cheek to charge me a £100 cancellation fee. Absolute scammers. Can't even get through to OYO.

The staff were very friendly and polite, however this location is no longer a hotel. Please DO NOT book to stay here. This location has been an emergency homeless shelter for the past year. The location is still listed under a hotel and you are still able to book a room, but you will not be able to stay here. I got caught out and spent the next hour looking for a hotel. I am lucky I found one.

DO NOT BOOK. Hotel no longer exists. Didn’t find out until we turned up for our booking through booking.com. Poor maintenance man had been dealing with the bookings all day. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS. I think it’s still available on the website so just don’t book.

We booked this hotel several months ago turned up yesterday to be told that they had no booking for us. They had sent us an email that morning to say due to unforeseen circumstances they were unable to honour our booking. Don’t book this hotel as after reading the reviews we are not the only ones this has happened to. Booking.Com told us that the hotel had overbooked so could not honour our booking

False information on the website booked 2 rooms via hotels.com for 3rd july.on arrival was greated b a security guard who informed us that the hotel was now a shelter for the homeless.the local concil bought the hotel over a year ago.tried to ring the hotel and they were not helpful at all they hang up the phone. Sopke to hotels .com the week before in regards to booking and not one mention that it was now a shelter for the homeless. Disgusted with both the hotel chain and hotel .com for false information.
