Staff/doctors are friendly and helpful, however, they are always running late, even for appointments at 08:00?!? Had to wait over an hour for an appointment at 18:00. Also, they never answer the phone. I have tried 13 times over the last 2 days at different times and had no response...

Probably the worst GP service I’ve ever come across. Reception staff are rude, it takes weeks to get through to get an appointment without being on hold at 8am for 5 minutes to then be told they’re all gone. Little regard for their patients, ignore emails, ignore prescription requests. An utter joke.

I have been on hold now for over 45 minutes and still "in a queue" i have been in the doctors before and never seen a phone answered. It feels like there phone line is only for show or part of a prerequisite for being a doctors surgery. Now i have made it to the front of the queue it just rings out. Appalling.

Unfortunately really bad environment.Doctor do not inform you what kind of test would do and why?all the time keeping quite and admin makes difficult to reach an appointment. I don’t know why this practice still exists. Really bad experience Once I wanted talk with doctor about my results unfortunately I heard that are other pensions and doctor was hang up the phone. Also I met situation which the same doctor don’t remember my symptoms and asking several times in the end I am not properly checked out. Shame. Where is Aristotle’s Promise? Where are doctors who look after people who have several pain etc. I guarantee this is not walk health centre gp. That a joke

The staff is unqualified and competent in their work. Negative attitude towards me as a new patient. No conversation about prescription, sending home without talking. The worst GP.

I moved to this GP surgery from another surgery because the staff and GP's were rude, hoping that this surgery would be better. i was very wrong. The GP's here are extremely cold, unwelcoming and do not make you feel safe to talk to them about things. I will not name and shame but one male GP is particularly dismissive and impudent. I am extremely disappointed.

Helpful enough to be fair, if you want to wait for a while. Really, you have to get there early, preferably at opening time, 8am for the walk in, unless you want to read 2 copies of Country Life, cover to cover. Either that, or go to St Mary's. They are however, open on a Saturday 8am till noon, unlike a lot of such places. I got there at 9am, and had to wait some time, but I was still grateful.

Worst practice I have ever experienced. Tried for over 2 weeks to book an appointment for daughter. Phones ring continuously with no answer or you get cut off after 30-45 minutes Using pharmacy 2 u app is impossible due to GP's not signing prescriptions (12 days so far) . I hate to think how this practice is affecting people with mental health issues or those who require highly important medication.
