Nice pool. Warm and soothing after a long day of work. But needs to be cleaned more regularly, the floors and stairs were wet and not clean. A bit irritating.

I got a supreme pedicure as a Christmas gift last year so decided to use it last week before flying off for my summer holiday. They try to make it an experience by getting you changed into a done and in the relaxation room before and after the treatment. The relaxation room wasn't being looked after as there were used glasses on all tables besides other things but I don't care. I was there to get a nice pedicure. It felt like it went well at the time, I gave my toes plenty time to dry up in the relaxation room before heading to change and leave. All was fine until 2 days later. 2 of my toes chipped, I got it done on Saturday afternoon and on Monday evening the nail varnish had come off from the top of 2 of my toes. I have not experienced this before, especially for the feet as, unlike hands, you don't put them under water so many times a day. Was very disappointed as must have just been a cheap nail varnish. Wouldn't go back.

Very disappointed with the service. My friend slipped and fell down a flight of stairs from the pool and no first aid was administered by the spa manager Alex or even offered. I expected more. The amenities were clearly not maintained as the stairs were wet and slippy- a very obvious hazard. When staff were informed, they blamed the flip flops that we had been told to wear. If these were a hazard then why were these offered to guests? Will not be returning due to health and safety regulations not met. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel that was booked as a Christmas present.

Everything was spotless. Gorgeous decor and lovely staff. I went here to use the gym and pool. The gym has everything you could ask for and the pool is excellent — perfect for lengths. The sauna and steam room were very well maintained. So relaxing! Thank you to the fantastic staff.

Not interested in service Well the Hotel is basically empty- I think about 5 guests and the Spa staff was chatting and didn’t notice me coming in. I politely asked if they have time - after discussing they offered a quick shoulder massage because the therapist wanted to go home. Well this is not what you would expect- but pls read my review of the Hotel- really nice and super friendly
