First time coming to the Gucci Store in Glasgow and just wanted to give a massive shout out to Jerome. Not only did he give such a lovely service, he was patient as there were points where we kept changing our minds about certain items but also, he really took an interest in us. We briefly mentioned we were engaged and he gave us a congratulations card which was so lovely. His service and advice was spot on!

I've came a few times, bought only a few things. Staff are nice to talk to and are helpful with sizing/finding alternatives. I initially wanted to buy a "man bag"but the one I tried was giant. They helped and ordered in a smaller one. And with shoes I am a size 13 so had to get them ordered in for the larger size.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff who ask if you need help but don't hound you. It's quite a small concession with only handbags and shoes (a few accessories too) hence 4 and not 5. Only ever had a good experience in this store.
