Rang them up for a part I was desperate for. They said they had it, went down to pick it up. The guy behind the counter greeted me and promptly got me the part. No bad experience here. Keep it up and we'll probably use you a lot more.

Used click and collect, parts ready when I arrived, and the sales person even gave me a hand taking the parts to my car. Couldn't ask for better service. Also very competitive prices for quality parts.

Never have I ever came across someone so rude Pakistani guy with necklaces and chains totally unpresentable no uniform asked to see member of staff to return a faulty item which is becoming an ongoing issue with GSF. claims he’s the manager so no ones allowed a say unless it’s through him tried returning an item even with receipt said he’s not doing it I asked why he responded ‘I am the manager’ we understand you’re the manager but what I can’t understand is how this place is still running with management like that especially when euro car parts is across the road much nicer people much better quality items will never shop here again attitude stinks like himself

I went in and asked to return a faulty shock observer however I was refused by and Asian fella claiming he was the manger who was very rude and unprofessional towards me.he Tried to make me feel silly for asking for a refund even tho I had receipt and the part which was faulty. Very horrible experience. Looking at the reviews I see this a common issue definitely not getting any parts from their again
