GSD estate agents have managed my rental properties for many years. We would not go anywhere else.

Went for a viewing was the landlord who did the viewing. This was unprofessional due to the landlord telling me to barter with the agency about there fees telling me to just cut them off, also claiming that he wished hadn't gone to a agency ect, which I wasn't willing to do. Along with viewing the property twice due to poor condition and then when applying for the property emailed over I.D which nothing for 2 days was stated it wasn't correct I.D. Gathered income evidence of me & my partner, again when emailing over my I.D I emailed over my partner lost his wallet, again nothing was said. Till after the weekend 2 days after, was told we both needed I.D mine wasn't the right I.D and my reference had failed, the other women who was viewing at same time as me had been approved, again unprofessional two viewings clash & to be told that the other had been accepted. I leave this review now, as my I.D was correct & as long as both incomes can be proved my partner has been told to proved I.D at a later date, my old agency wasn't impressed as to how there reference failed as such basic questions where asked. I know agency are in favour of the landlord, but personally when came to this property and landlord they where very biased and quick to get shift. Also would of preferred to be told the landlord didn't wish me as a tenant then to waste my time on the property so I could of looked else where and my money could go to somewhere else. A agency doesn't need reminding you are dealing with homes, families and people's lives, when looking for a property time is if importance, I personally wish GSD didn't waste mine. Also being pregnant and wanting me to travel hour and half each way to the agency when was happy to pay for postage.

I would like to thank the staff at GSD Estates Agents for helping my family and I to find our perfect home. We had a challenging criteria for our new home, both Rupinder and Gurjit were very patient with us and took time to explain all the details and process of buying our first home. Their knowledge and professionalism is outstanding, but above all they listened to our needs and treated us with respect, without them we may still be looking for a home. Agents are showing property and next day immediately they are refusing to give property ..infact Agents are asking pocket money to themselves.

Very poor response!! Whenever you call them!! They always say we will pass your details without taking any details I’ve called them twice saying the same thing. Nobody gets back to you they don’t care about their future tenants!! They don’t want new tenants I guess their business is booming they don’t care customers service!!
