Chronic double booker. Be prepared to wait and wait and wait some more. Bring a book and a cut lunch, you’ll need it. No explanation given on arrival. So arrogant.

Doctors and staff are excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable. But time management does not exist.

Doctors and staff are excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable. But time management does not exist. Can sit and wait for over an hour. Sometimes 2 hrs after appointment time. They have been in the game long enough to know how to hook appointments. But still continues to double book. Absolutely pathetic, they need to pick their game up. This has been happening for a long time now. I would've thought this problem would've been addressed by now. But no such luck. Just have to waste hours upon hours for 1 15 minute appointment. NOT ACCEPTABLE!
