Horrible experience. Be aware what they promise and what would you get . They kept postponed the collection date . And salesperson lied to us about our finance being failed and they upped the monthly payment when complained and spoke to finance manger he assured us that there was nothing wrong with our credit and he asked sales manger to call us which he wasn’t very friendly or helpful . And still when he called car wasn’t ready he asked us to collect the car the next day when we went next day there was no team member came to us to show us the car and the lady who was behind the reception desk had to take us and showed us the car and left us with it . And yet wherever we were promised on the first day was not done to the car . We left without having a car after 10 days that they made us wait . No apology was given or no call from manager . Very unprofessional. Be careful . Do not trust or pay until you see everything they promised is done . We found a car with Another car dealership and car was ready the next day . No apology was given and no attempt to rectify it .

Friendly knowledgeable staff whether you're having your car serviced or seeking to purchase a vehicle. Customer satisfaction is uppermost, part exchange prices are very competitive and the coffee offered is spot on.

Very poor sevice - refused to send me a small inexpensive item which fitted into a normal size envelope - and would have involved me in a 50 mile round trip to collect. In this day and age! I think not.

Never ever buy a Peugeot with a DPF system the Eloys boxes breakdown on them all the time there must be 200-300 Peugeot partners running as taxis in Cardiff and every single one has had problems with the DPF system they cost thousands to repair and they The parts are they replaced them with breakdown within two years and then that’s another couple of thousand pounds they are not fit for purpose you have been warned stay away

Air conditioning major repairs, under warranty, all day job. Been in garage twice once for fault diagnosis and second for repair, garage great treated me very well.

Wow! The staff at Kia could not have done enough for us today, pulling up to the garage without fuel they not only offered to help us but by out of their way to ensure we were sorted. The staff followed us to the nearest fuel station to ensure we got there without breaking down. Although we weren’t buying a vehicle or using their services, they went above an beyond for a couple in need. If they are willing to do that for those not using their services, I can only imagine their customer services must be second to none. Huge thanks again to the staff who helped us today, we cannot be more thankful!!

Excellent receptionist. Excellent members of staff. Excellent waiting/sales area. Excellent decor, light and refreshing. Every person passing said hello..... Excellent service. Excellent surprise afterwards , my car was given a good wash + polish and a valeting with a scented dangling thingy. All things considered, it was a stressless, calming second to none Excellent experience. I highly value Griffin mill for its professionalism and its warm gratitude for being a customer.

Someone drove into my rear bumper, so I phoned the bodyshop about a repair. Excellent service, and first class repair. Courtesy car for my wife to get to work, and my car cleaned on return. I've bought two cars here, and have never had any problem with the staff or service.
