The service I have had here over many years has always been top quality. The ladies on the desk in particular are so helpful, keen to assist and help to explain any issues right away. The gentleman who takes in the cars first thing in the morning for service and MOT helps to put mind at ease and installs confidence that whatever issues may arise with the vehicle, they are being handled properly and promptly. Any issues I have had have been raised immediately and handled quickly to everyone's satisfaction. Well done Griffin Mill!

We went to Griffin Mill with our granddaughter & her parents ( our daughter & son in law) it was her first new car as she is learning to drive. She chose a mint green Fiat 500. When we went to pick it up they had put a big red bow on the car! She was so surprised and they made her feel so special. We were all quite emotional. We were very happy with the service from them. Excellent! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service from all the team. From the 1st visit we were made to feel welcome despite how busy they were. Marc, Kurt, Lewis & Seb made the whole experience so enjoyable & hassle free. At no point we’re me made to feel pressured and it was so nice not to be sold to, affording us time to pick the right car for us.
