I have only put one star because of the after service is so poor. Every member of staff that I have had at my home have been friendly and helpful. When my boiler was installed I had some issues with the thermostat. I believed that it wasn’t working correctly. So I reported this and with the new boiler one of the older radiators leaked. So when they came back a few weeks later. They looked at the controller again. Said it was fine. Still not happy I called them again. Had one of the members of Gregor heating call me back to teller how it works. Another call to say that I didn’t believe it was working correctly and again they talked to me on how it works. Obviously didn’t want to come out to look at it. So I’ve waited as they have got to do one free service on the boiler. Booked it in and expressed again my disappointment on their lack of service. Boiler service was fine but there was a intermittent fault with the box between the boiler and the controller. This is now costing me over £200 to repair on something that I reported to them. They said last Monday they had a engineer in the area and I said the time that I was available from. Surprise surprise nothing from them and it’s all gone quiet from them. They were not the cheapest but they did price match a previous quote and because they communicated brilliantly at the beginning I went with them. But it does seem that the communication it brilliant when money is involved but if there is an issue they don’t want to know. I’m now looking for another company the do the job that Gregor heating should of done in the first place.
