Greggs Southall Broadway london

A very small establishment, but still had a few tables and chairs. A good range of products, including the lovely vegan sausage roll.

I have been to the Southall Branch many times and I am amazed at the customer service especially by Rajvinder and Veena always happy smiling making customers feel relaxed and happy while they wait, a real credit to the company even under pressure with a shop full they stay cool and calm amazing.

Frequent visitors of Greggs as its up the road from where we live. Two amazing staff members Rajinder and Ratna as always laughing, smiling and giving amazing customer service even when underpressure. Always keeping the customers happy and giving us all efficent service.

If you want quick lunch, juice or coffee that's perfect place also you will find there friendly staff.

Great price and a good variety but the shop is a bit cramped

Great customer service. Packaging is very poor though - I ordered a chocolate eclair, the icing was all over the paper bag.

Greenford greggs can't keep the hot counter hot. What happened to the cream cakes, just greasy donut
