All the reviews are saying how fantastic the staff are. I found them rude, Jane was really rude to the customers then she went on to slag them off to a colleague while in stood waiting to be served. When she did acknowledge me she didn't look up from the till screen. Just put her hand out for the money. Not a pleasant experience. Greggs deansgate from now on
