Appalling you can't be ill incase you need an appointment, sit on hold for 20 min at least no matter what time of day you ring just to be told sorry no appointments ring back in the morning. This really was a decent surgery when it was Greenway worst thing they ever done was merge the 2 together. People have a GP because it's local to them and cannot always get to a walk in centre

Mum rang and asked if they do chiropody. She was told someone would visit in 3-4 days. After a month she rang back. Receptionist extremely rude and said they don't do things like that. Told her to go a walk in or they could send ambulance. Mum tried to speak. Receptionist extremely rude again and told her to let her speak. The whole situation has really upset Mum. She is a 77 year old disabled lady. A complaint will be going In and hopefully they can track the Receptionist and discipline her .

To book an appointment is by phone lottery. The advice is to ring up each day at 8am and hope you are the lucky number. This is utterly despicable there is no way to know when you will get an appointment if ever. I can only assume it's to manipulate waiting lists. I will be finding a new GP ASAP

I will not knock the doctors or nurses that work at this practice, every one of them that I've seen

2/ 5

I will not knock the doctors or nurses that work at this practice, every one of them that I've seen have been spot on. But trying to see one of them is another story. The people and process of seeing a doctor stinks. Always too much hassle and when told this, you have to ring back the following morning for the chance at getting a phone call or an appointment! Surely I can book an up front appointment? Not here I'm afraid. I'm expected to ring back when I'm in work busy. Miss the time slot, an you can have another go tomorrow. An so on. What has my practice become, and more importantly the NHS become allowing this.
