My surgery for the better part of 35 years. Upon moving closer to the surgery from my previous address and within the 5 mile radius I was informed they would be removing me from the practice. I believe the practice is a bit of a victim of it's own historic success and unfortunately most of the best GPs which built the practice are long gone / retired. If in the area maybe check out one of the other practices in the arches.

Working in the NHS all I hear are patients complaining about the GP Services. Can I say Dr McCutcheon and his team are superb. They run a very timely service and I and my family are very well looked after. No matter who you see in the practice they offer a kindly patient focused service. Keep up the good work.

I have given this a 3 star review because the surgery has some of the best doctors I have seen. Howe

I have given this a 3 star review because the surgery has some of the best doctors I have seen. However the let down is on the booking side of things because it depends on the reception being willing to book your appointment and if you will get a call back for an appointment. To be honest, I think this surgery would be among the best if they allowed appointments to be made in person and maybe allow online bookings if the patients were given online accounts. This would make booking appointments easier and it would take the strain off the reception staff.
