Greenford Library london

The service in this library is very bad. today 07.08.19 I came to the library to register my daughter but an employee, some indian man, began to ask me for a confirmation of the address I did not have and refused to register me. I had a credit card, but it wasn't enough for him. and he offended me. he said he didn't know that maybe I was living in a park. it was a terrible attitude.Then I read the requirements for registration, which states that you can register with a credit card. I don't have time to go every day to register my daugher, yesterday we were too, but the library was closed. I am very disappointed.

Great variety especially autobiographies and they can order books from any library locally if they don't have one

Very nice small library and staff are really great

I had to book myself in for a lateral flow test. The staff and volunteers were very friendly and talked me through the process as we went along and were there the whole time. It was very well organised and very clean. Made the whole experience a lot easier and received my results in just over half and hour.

Small library but excellent selection of books and not very busy. This has been a hub in Greenford for many decades and I hope it's here for many more to come!!!
