Amazing and helpful staff
Communication and transparency are not terms that this company knows. Had an awful time trying to sort out a damp wall in my flat. Sent countless emails asking for updates, which either never got responses, or simply got "We don't know" followed by months of silence. So glad our flat got passed to a new landlord and agency who are doing far better than these guys so far.
Overall I had a great experience. The service is nice & comprehensive. As a foreigner, I find the services are very helpful.

Staff are horrendous! Trying to rearrange a booking due to an emergency (I did make the office aware I was going to be late) and 'Samantha' was very unhelpful and rude and actually insulted me then hung up the phone! Feel very sorry for the landlords that are paying to try get their properties rented out when this is how they treat potential tenants.

I have used Greenco for over 1 year for purchase, refurbishment and leasing of my Manchester houses. Their buying team represented by Louis in my case has always been helpful, professional and flexible. He even volunteered to take up his other team member's work to help pick up keys and inspect the house for you on their Jewish holiday. This is just one of the millions he has helped me with, and I am grateful. Their refurbishment and maintenance team has also displayed professionalism. I would say there is still a little room for improvement in the leasing management but the good thing is, they are willing to listen and responsive so I believe, gradually they would be even more customer focused as Greenco is led by a very responsible management team especially Martin who oversees every Greenco's case and knows well when to give a gentle push 😉 👍
I wish I could give 0 stars. Awful service. I don't think they now what customer service means. Avoid this agency. Very disappointed. Not professional at all. Had the worst experience with them. They never called back. I was chasing them for one week, calling every day, even twice a day, only heard: "someone will contact you" ((((
Applied for a house, was initially ignored via email until we rang up weeks after. Applied for the house but only given 15 days after putting down a holding fee (when most other places require 4-8 weeks notice to move out this isn't tenable). Was then told that was explained to me, it wasn't, only in fine print after the fact as we thought this was 15 days to pay a deposit. Coupled with rude staff who don't appear to think you're worth their time, I can't possibly recommend this sub-par company. In response to your reply - my partner had first emailed and had not been given a response. It was not strictly myself. As an estate agent you must know that strictly enforcing your own arbitrary policies of giving 15 days maximum is not possible in many, if not most, prospective tenants. Most companies will be happy to discuss a moving out date earlier, but limiting us to 15 days when most contracts enforce 4 weeks notice is not particularly helpful and the tone in which you told us you basically wouldn't budge put me of your little racket altogether. In regards to the application we've had to chase twice - I hope the property's landlord finds a new prospective tenant without your bumbling incompetence and 'cant be bothered' attitude interrupting again. In regards to the £180 holding fee, we're fine with you keeping it. It's a fair price to pay to know to avoid this company going forward.
I am having excellent experiences at Greenco, special thanks to Louis the sales who got me 2 high standard properties! More importantly the super support person Ms Tamara!!! She is so client oriented and pay attention to detail. Tamara is efficient and well organised, her work is impressive!!! Last but not least, David from Letting is telling me to achieve a higher rental today, what else I can ask for?!?! Hope to have more good news as I know Emil is working on the maintenance part. What a magic team!!!
I call them for a property for the last 3 days and they tolld me every time they will call me back to arrange a view but after 3 days off calls no one call me to told me something. I see already 2 property from this agency, the property`s was ok but I want to see this property that I call for the last 3 days to decide what I will rent but I see the agents are not that happy to arrange a view and make this transaction. I thing they don't care about money any more, I don't understand this.
