Hired a couple of bikes to do the Bath Two Tunnels ride. Bikes were in very good condition and the owner took plenty of time to talk us through the route and some tips on where to stop on our way round. Excellent experience and would highly recommend.

If 0 stars were an option I’d be giving it, the so called “owner” (if he is the owner I’d be quite concerned) was extremely rude to my dad today, losing business of 6 bikes that could’ve been hired. This man was called hours prior and made aware of how many bikes we would be needing and the time. When we then got there he first claimed there were not enough bikes, then realised there were, then lied to us about the price, the deposits and even told my dad to ride a “girls bike”. All of this seemed to be an unnecessary attempt at turning away our business which seemed completely uncalled for an unreasonable. You would have to be a fool to be able to do business with this man and his customer service skills are appalling. If needing bike rental, any other option is better than this one.

I hired a Shimano Steps electric bike yesterday afternoon , went through the 2 tunnels .Stopped in a nice Pub in Wellow and saw the old station and signal box . Then cycled to Limpley Stoke and joined the Colliers Way that follows the Somerset Coal Canal into Bath . A lovely afternoon on a great bike supplied by a very helpful business !

We went to Green Park Bike Station to test ride two e-city bikes with a view to buying them. We found Tom, the owner, to be very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He advised us of all the options, including making recommendations, enabling us to order and customise the bikes with confidence. He built both bikes and tested them which were ready to be collected about 2 weeks after ordering. Both bikes are excellent and so would highly recommend Tom and his bike shop to anyone thinking of buying or hiring one of these bikes.

Great ebike rental! Had a great bike trip to the Two Tunnels path, made the journey even more enjoyable with the extra push from the ebike going uphill. Highly recommended.

Full service carried out. Tom was really very thorough, kept me updated and shared options as the work progressed. To my shame almost 3 years since last service. Bike rides like new if not better. The 28's were definitely a good shout. Thanks Tom
