I rented a Hyundai i10 for a very good rate. The office is a few minutes walk from the airport or you can ring them for their shuttle. The desk service was friendly, fast and efficient. Returning the car was easy and I was dropped at the airport within 10 minutes of arriving at their office.

Overall car rental experience was very good. Staff were friendly and efficient. Rental company is a few minutes from the airport. Shuttle collected and returned promptly (within 10 minutes). Very pleased.

Car was Renault Clio in very good condition. Some scratches which had all been recorded when I picked the car up. Office is small and was very busy on pickup. Dropoff was much easier and the guy in charge was extremely helpful and friendly. I'd use this company again. Very competitive rates and good service

I use rental companies frequently and there are many that I wouldn’t choose again. I am the founder of two successful businesses and recognise a well run company when I see one. This is the second time that I have used Green motion at Bristol airport and the service has been second to none so far. I have already made another booking for this month. Very positive experience. Friendly customer service and no hassle. Better than other Green Motion offices. Don't walk from the terminal though - it's quite far with luggage. Wait for the shuttle.

Really great experience. Staff were very friendly and efficient, no drama or waiting around. I can honestly say that it was the fastest I have ever been turned around when hiring a car! I was disappointed this time with two things. I did not like the car being partly full of petrol. It is very difficult to return the car with the same level and I probably returned the car with £20 more fuel. When I returned the car the shuttle van was there and I quickly removed my cases because I needed to get to the airport quickly. The shuttle left without me and I was told it would be another half an hour but it was only a short walk. I had two cases and a bag to pull and I have been paying the price since I pulled chest muscles. I am 70 years old.

I've used Green Motion - Ashley- a few times when travelling local to Bristol. Great experience and reasonable price. Its no frills and no fuss. I go for smaller cars eg Peugeot 2008 (Small SUV). The cars I get have always been new and fresh. It's painful getting back into my bigger but older car when I go home. Generally, I get in and out of rental area very quickly - inspection process quick and no fuss when you return. I recommend it.
