I am an overseas student, and as it turned out, in Bristol it is difficult for students to find a flat to rent. Decent, straightforward agent who is great to deal with. The house was at a fair price with all bills included. It had regular cleaners which makes life hassle free. I was placed with people of similar ages which made for a happy house. The process to move in (and move out) was very easy. Simply put - an agent who does what they say they will.
