Very pleased with service received at Great Western Motors. I had been after a roadster for a while and found one at GWM on a web search. I phoned and spoke to Andy who met me at the premises the next day. No hard sell. He let the car speak for itself. We shook hands on the deal and shortly after I was driving it away. A few minor things needed checked a week later. No problem. I brought the car back and they checked all the issues and also supplied me with FSH papers and handbooks they had meantime sourced. I just bought a little mini from them, the mot for the car was up in October but they said to bring the car back so they can put a years mot on the car. True to their word they did it and fixed anything that might of come up on the mot. Got new brakes and a new tyre. If your looking for a garage that's inderpenant and don't want to use the usual bigger companies I recommend this company. Very friendly helpful and have a great range of vehicles. Little gem of Glasgow.

Great servive and after sale care...Had problem with autobox on clk....picked car up nxt day fixed no problem...

Not worth the long trip here.. Lies about the cars over the phone, classic salesman sweet talker.. Fake service history upon checking. Save your time! these cars are simply not worth the trip.

Bought my toyota from them a year ago and just put my car in for its first mot with me and it failed on suspension and was told shock absorbers so badly corroded so they sold me it no doubt knowing this info...after I had my car a MONTH the exhaust bracket broke off and exhaust was hanging down on ground, phoned them in December last year when it happened only to be told they can't come and take it to be fixed as the guy on phone said They where going out of business!!!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE...

Collected car in August 2019. It had new MOT. The next day a mechanic friend examined the car and found front wheel bearings away and illegal mix of tyres. Fixed by my friend and GWMC agreed to pay half my £500 bill.

Bought my car 2 year ago from this dealer went to trade it in against a new car only to be told it had been written and then put back on the road I advise anyone who is thinking of buying a car from here to get them thoroughly checked as can be an expensive mistake.

Let me drive away with zero brake fluid, faking service history and mots as before purchasing the car the mot failed on subframes, exhaust emissions and tyres yet passed the following day? That night my engine light cane on and they took my car in “to fix it the following day” but no record of what they did on my service book. I wasnt aware of this until my mot the following year when i checked its history for the first time after my car failed its MOT that year on subframes and exhaust emission and i was told the subframes were that corroded i was about to fall through. The subframes were never fixed from the start and they let an 18 year old girl drive away in a hazard. Also it's a 2009 plate and its costing me an absolute fortune a month as well all sorts of fixtures and its only been 2 years, they wouldn’t take my car back as well as its was 1 day out with my year warranty after I found out about them faking fixtures and falsifying an mot pass . STAY CLEAR

On buying a second motor it failed mot then passed 2 days later then 5 months later got checks on car to find rusted sub frame that was told should never have passed mot or been sold.😡 never again and when phoned was brushed off.
