Have just joined and already scared as to what I have done. Place is quite dead. When you ring in an emergency you get limited appointments. I was told their are 3 doctors. There might be 3 doctors but only one is available with limited appointments. Reception staff are nice but the place needs to hire doctors full time. When you ring the surgery out of hours you don’t get any message and it just carries on ringing. They should have a message to help patients ring the out of hours service line. Feeling let down. Quite pathetic really.

When Dr Newgrosh retired, so did all his staff. The replacement practice manager does not have good communication properties, as he treats each customer differently according to how they look; his manner to me is rather off-handish because I have tattoos (I think). Dr Sidda is a lovely understanding doctor but is not at the surgery for most of the time. There is a nurse and a prescribing pharmacist on hand to do the work of a doctor. Dr Newgrosh had a full surgery every night and would work on til 8pm; when I have recently visited, there has been 2 or 3 people waiting. The surgery has potential but when and if will happen is unknown.

i tried to call for help but the receptionist was very rude and shouting at me. Doesn't help at all and even worse they don't pick up the phone, I called about 10-12 times before they picked up. I even called the day before and nobody would pick up, at desperate times, especially during a pandemic they should be working seriously and helping as many people as possible, what a shame bring the NHS down like this.

I come to the gp practice andr was received with appauling attitude from the receptionist. I believe she had just come off a bad call and took her frustration out on me.This was at 6pm on the 18/08/2020. I asked her a simple question to what time could hand my sample in to wich she replied Morning always! as if I know.she was really abrubt. I told her why the attitude and she replied iv got witnesses you giving me attitude.I don't know if there something going on in her personal life or she just hates her job.we all have problems but no need to be disrespectful towards patients.I came today to hand my sample in and still attitude as if she has a grudge against me .No thank you no please or how can I help. Please deal with this. Or me and my family who have been at the practice over 20 years will be leaving.I will not come to a surgery where I feel in unwelcomed. Today I would have accepted an apology when butnbut even that.No surgery manger available and false ail address given to lodge a complaint.
