Great Greenford Post Office london

Very helpful and friendly young lady

Before I left my house, I checked the closing time for the post office and it showed 8:30am-6pm . I arrived there at 5:20 and it was closed. I started complaining to the workers but they said that they now close at 5:30 . Waste of my time

Can get busy at times but staff do try their best. The store has recently been refitted to a high standard and they now offer a large range of items including magazines and confectionary in addition to the usual post office services.

This bloody post office has such "Morons"working on the desk who has 0 sense about the customer service who doesn't understand their responsibility and more than that don't know how to speak to the customer. Useless cashiers whose getting paid to be on the phone in the working hours .no maners and don't even understand when customer is standing at the window,one should not use their phone and ignore the customer. Absolute rude staff.

This is my go to post office, the staff are amazing and professional, always willing to help and provide the best service possible. I got to know them all since I visit there quite often and happy to be serviced by any one of them. They always look after their customers with respectful manners. Faiza

Rubbish service appalling attitude many fake 5 stars reviews written by their friends as curiously after a few poor reviews we see a very nice one always with the same tone. they didn't get it that no one bother, writing a good review for a random post office

I shouldn.t give any star. The service is rubish. The staff very slowly. Opening hours on Thursday untill 5 30pm. I was at 4.40pm and was closed without any info for the customer. Similar situation was on Saturday.

Very bad customer service. I went in to post Christmas cards and been told to make payment and step aside to complete the declaration on the parcel so they can serve the next customer. The man I think is the manager even ask me not to go back to his shop again. Never see customer service like that before

Worst customer service ever, stubborn and arrogant didn't even bother to listen. Honestly, if you want a nice day avoid this post office
