Grays just managed to fix my exhaust rather than replace the whole rear section which saved me £850 3 other garages said it couldn't be done but they managed to and it only took an hour. It's good to see the world still has some skilled people out there. Would highly recommend.

very knowledgable staff, helped me find a solution when my catalytic converter was stolen, (1day before the MOT expired )they were able to supply and fit a replacement which would not simply be stolen again and was cost effective, and do a fresh MOT. Would definitely recommend them

Really surprised to read some of the negative comments on here as my two experiences with Grays have been absolutely flawless!!! The first time I went my car had a flat tyre so bad that I had to get it towed to Gray's. Although I never gave them a heads up that I'd be coming with a tow truck, as soon as it pulled into the garage (I was behind in another car) I could see a mechanic come running over and told the driver to unload it into an empty bay and literally started working on it within SECONDS! Price was good too.... Second time I had a problem with my exhaust and again went to Grays without booking an appointment. As soon as I got out of my car I was approached by a mechanic and told him what was wrong. He asked me to drive my car onto the ramp and looked at it. He told me a price which I was happy to pay and told me it would take an hour or so. I left my car and got home, got a call an hour later to tell me that my car was ready. Went back and said to the guy I was too nervous to reverse it off the ramp which he did for me and I went home a happy customer. Can't recommend them enough!!!

Great garage, very professionally run, staff were very polite and knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this garage, I will use it again.

I just enter in the reseption to ask for About alignment to My car , he don’t say nothing hello good morning or Anything very rude anyway I ask him for my car and told me is 30 pount I have to engineer ther key car and in second engineer is coming inside again and told me your car is 50 pount , I said to him just told me the person in reception is 30 and him told me no is 41+ Tax, i just smile and I said is very expensive and him said ti engineer give to him the key back very rude not professional and the price is expensive for simple mechanical things , for my Opinion I do not recommend this garage to anyone because they are thieves and looking for victims…
