Grand pizza and grill cardiff

As everyone is aware I publish a lot about food places and their hygiene and what I think about the food staff and delivery time, so I have ordered from grand pizza and grill for the third time now and the first two times I have had there food it came within 30 minutes and the food was hot and nice to eat the staff were great, however the third time being today was absolutely shocking I had donner meat in a tray with separate salad and sauce.. the meat was stonecold Steve Austin and the salad wasn’t fit enough for my rabbits cage, it’s a shame really because it was lovely food the first time and when I have bad food once I won’t be eating there again

First time ordering food from here and never again was told its a 45 wait for delivery so said I'd like to collect instead , to be told no we just say 45 to a hour for a guide line will be with you about 20minutes , hour later an still no food should of read the comments before placing my order ...

The man's attitude stunk!! Was refusing to give me salad and sauce on my kebabs until I told him I'd have my money back!! Food was rank I'd give them zero stars if I could!!

Just ordered chicken wings!! Absolutely inedible!! Tough as old boots,pretty sure they are not fresh,cant even chew through one!!! Used this shop for years NEVER AGAIN

Food stone cold, chips like rubber, meat not cooked well at all and the chicken meat was very brown so not actually sure if it was chicken so all completely inedible. Will never ever go here again! I would urge you to do the same
