It's good. Can check in early but cant check out late. The hotel is good and spacious. The hotel breakfast is fast for room delivery, and the food is delicious! Even though we can't get through the room service number, but just call restaurant will do! Will definitely come here again!

We stayed in deluxe room with breakfast. Very clean room with full amenities, to our surprise there's a huge stand alone bathtub in bathroom. Smart control of lights and aircon/fan switches. No wait for our check in, and smooth processes to pool and gym. Breakfast option was a lot, and the standard is great. Had a great experience here! Very good job.

We booked for 1 night stay right after our wedding nearby. We were given a complimentary upgrade, nicely decorated room and a small gift; my hubby and I were very touched. The room is very clean and spacious, and customer service is impeccable for check in and dining. We will love to support them again.

Excellent location and very nice rooms. I really liked breakfast on the rooftop. The swimming pool is a bit less obvious to reach. Loved the contemporary artworks around the hotel. Overall a 4/5

Was serving Quarantine order in this hotel from 24 July. Today hotel did not deliver our daily lunch to our room and we called an hour later and receptionist answer was "why didn't you call earlier". Based on the letter, when food was delivered, hotel staff will bring my door bell. I had been taken 5 meals and each meals delivered I will need to personally check if foods is already delivered or not yet. Receptionist answers was really disappointed. If you will in the room and no food was delivered to you and someone spoken to you in this way. How would you feel ?

The recently updated room design is very lovely with the fully transparent toilet! The swimming pool is of great size and depth too. However the check-in at the first floor was a little uncomfortable as the area was small and very close to the main door which allows warm air to permeate in.
